"Ky and Tonia were so warm and hospitable! My sister-in-law and I came in during black Friday where it was busy and hectic Ky and Tonia were so patient and very attentive to each and every customer. I was very impressed with their enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to help each customer. I was there to buy clothing for my son and husband and my sister-in-law was there to buy clothes for her family of 5 for Christmas photos and they were so helpful even in the midst of so many people coming in-and-out and it being so hectic! They offered suggestions and also answered questions not just for us but for everyone who was present. The store was so clean and such a joy to shop in. They were on top of everything. I later found out that Tonia was a manager. I loved the energy that I got from her because you can tell just by looking from afar how much she encourages the employees but also how much they respect her because she is willing to get into the trenches with them and work just as hard I was blown away. As someone who has worked in sales management and customer service for over 20 years was thoroughly impressed. Thank you Ky and Tonia for providing us with an exemplary experience. The industry can learn a lot from you guys. Nautica has earned themselves a customer for life because of these 2 ladies."

"This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We got some items that rang up wrong and looked at it after I paid. We tried to do a refund and then the problems began. The manager returned six items and rang up seven leaving one item wrong. We went back and forth on it and she told me the receipt would not show everything. My wife requested everything be returned. She returned the rest of the items and she left an item off of that return as well. There were six items and she returned five, then wanted to argue about that. She kept all the receipts to where we could not even look at them. Here I am now, short a return on the first part ($17.70 plus tax) and a return on the second ($12.99 plus tax). She finally counted the second part right and refused to redo the first part. I called Nautica customer service and filed a complaint."

"I really enjoyed exploring this Nautica store. It has some really colorful quality clothing. I liked the suitcases, belts, colon, coats and hats. Reasonable prices. The customer service was mediocre. CASEY could have been friendlier as well as the other female employee."
