"DO NOT BUY HERE… by far the least group of un-trained with zero sense of customer service American eagle store employees that I have ever dealt with in my life. The pricing and signage are “accidentally posted in the wrong place” ????? The cashier did not know the answers to some of the most basic questions that I had when I came to cash out my “were to be purchases” . She ran to get the first and closest “Supervisor/Manager/the worst and rudest employee of the month!!!!!” Who pulled excuses left and right just to cover her horrible and most annoying - unapologetic attitude. I hope management see this review and actually train those employees on a class of “how to talk and deal with a client”. Employees now days truly believe that if we as customers buy or don’t buy from their business will not have impact on them eventually !! Which is the dumbest possible way of thinking. Stores do go out of business from non-trained employees."

"If I could rate it less I would. This store was always my favorite to go into and I even worked for them years ago but the customer service has gone out the door literally. I’m currently a manager for another retailer in the outlets where we all close at 8 on Saturdays. So naturally I go into American Eagle a couple minutes after 7 to be yelled at by the girl at the door as soon as I walk in “we are closed!” it startled me and was just so rude. Will always love the products here but will probably order online or go to Destin commons location. Update: went back today to the outlet location since I work right there, had to do my return. No one was friendly or welcoming. The girl doing my return had no personality, she then tried to give me part store credit and put the rest on my card when I paid for all of it using my card just a few days ago. She had to call the manager over and she was even more rude. Go to the commons location bc they will help and are friendly n nice!"

"Staff very rude and unfriendly, ladies behind cash stand were talking down on a fellow employee that was asking for assistance. I try my best not to complain but I was blown away by how unfriendly these women were."

"So impressed with the service! Tameka and Simone were so helpful and volunteered to help without being asked and sought me out when my daughter needed me. They were happy and smiled and actually laughed with us like they enjoyed their jobs. One of the few crazy mall visits I liked"
