"Only giving a 1 star due to the lady who initially greeted me today to speak about the pumpkin waffle scent, however when checking out, Michaela up front was absolutely rude AF. I will stick to going to another bath and body works elsewhere than to spend my money there and deal with her attitude. Only bought 2 things this visit, but definitely would have had returned them if i was not in a rush to get other errands done."

"was checking out with my mother and sister and made two separate transactions at the same time. my mom was checking out with Khloe who was very patient and efficient with her. MICHAELA ON THE OTHER HAND who was checking my sister out had the dirtiest look on her face and felt like checking my sister out was such an inconvenience to her. she put her receipt in the bag and as my sister was walking away, she shouted out her “you’re welcome” with such a condescending tone and when my sister didn’t hear her, she said “YOU’RE WELCOME” even louder with such a rude attitude. mind you i’m still standing at the counter with my mom. if you have had NUMEROUS complaints about you, why are you either 1. not fixing your work ethic or 2. even there in the first place? this doesn’t change how I feel about the brand or the company but it definitely does change how i feel about coming to this store. change your employee or get rid of her if you want this place to stay afloat."
