"Your store is advertised as being open until 8:00 pm. On Tuesday November 7th 2023, I rushed my daughter out there as soon as she got home from high school practice to look for a romper she was wanting to buy for a concert and we arrived at 7:27pm to a locked door. Two employees were standing inside behind the counter and were trying to avoid making eye contact with us. When one of them finally made eye contact I held my fingers up and mouthed “are y’all not open until 8 o’clock?” to which they both started laughing and shook their heads no. Given the amount of money I have spent there over the last several years, this was extremely disappointing and very rude. If your store hours are advertised as being open till eight then the doors do not need to be locked before then and if you have changed your business hours in then that needs to be noted on your website. Very disappointed and will not be back."
