"I realize now why this place has so many 5 star reviews, you can get money off for doing so. (I believe, I read that in a review) but the clothes are super cute and stylish! But i’ve been there 3 times so far, and 2/3 times the girls working at the counter barely acknowledge you, or ask you if you need any help. Its just a “Hi” mostly and that’s it. and Tonight while I was there trying on clothes, there were two girls working, one was sitting on the counter? (You are an employee at a business, not lounging around at home) and the other was facing the other way, away from the door. They were talking to eachother about how one girl’s former bus driver had killed someone in an accident, and they were giggling and laughing together about it. One girl even facetimed her friend to tell her about it, while I was still within earshot and trying on my clothes. I feel as if that was totally inopropriate to do while at work with customers in the shop. And giggling about it is just insensitive. please get friendlier staff, or at least update them on what is and is not appropriate to do in a workplace!"

"What business closes like this for over a hour at 4 in the afternoon?? If you really only have one person working at the store you truly have a problem! I’m sure this business won’t last long with how they can just up in leave for this amount of time. I understand emergencies, but the person had time to write a note, draw some hearts, put it on the door and then leave. The store never had anyone come in after that person left. I came back at 7:30, with the sign still on the door, the doors were still locked and other people were waiting around just as I was! You act as if someone came in after this person when they did not."

"Came into this store with daughter, shopping for a dress for graduation. I have never been treated so rudely. The young lady behind the desk and the one standing there gossiping with her both looked up at us, gave a look and then proceeded to ignore us. I’m not a high maintenance shopper, but damn. My daughter did find a couple of dresses to try on, and when she came out of the dressing room the girls looked up and huddled together and started talking very low. I had my daughter put everything back and we walked out. We will never be back in that store. Do better."

"Kenzie and Madison were very helpful !! I put a 5 star review to get $5 off and at the time was very happy with my experience. Got home and realized the total was wrong. The items I bought were $38 and $17. The subtotal BEFORE tax says $60. 38+17 does not = 60. A girl went in with me same day to buy things also. Her total was also increased by $5 before tax. Makes me wonder if all transactions do this... not happy ... they said the only way to fix it would be to come in, but I live an hour away and do not travel to Destin often. So I dropped my review to a 2 star."
