"I bought an awesome leather jacket and gloves from this store. Good price and good quality jacket. Customer service was super! One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning."

"Take your tailoring elsewhere. This shop has horrible prices and customer service. I bought two Jos a Banks suits online, and brought them into the store to have them tailored. You'd think they'd give you a discount for their own suits, but instead they simply charge double for any other suit. I got measured, gave them 15 days to take in the seat, waist, and hem of my slacks, and the sides of my jackets. The price was $150+. I came back over 2 weeks later (they didn't call me) and half the work wasn't even done. The salesman said it wasn't his mistake, it was whoever they sent the suits to. But I noticed he didn't even mark the order tags on the suits correctly. Wait times and customer service were terrible. I got a partial refund and went to a much more professional place in town that did a better job for less."

"Absolutely amazing customer service from this Jos. A. Banks location and especially Beulah. She was outstanding in helping us get a wedding suit on short notice since Men's Warehouse dropped the ball twice on getting mine in on time. She made sure we had it altered and ready to wear days before we had to leave town, just in case there were any last minute adjustments needed. Many places couldn't even promise an unaltered suit by our wedding day. She did it all with great customer service. Highly recommend going to see her and the other sales associates at Cordova Mall location."

"James was extremely helpful in helping us find multiple suits for my groomsmen. James saw us waiting outside the store 15 minutes before they opened, let us in early and helped us with sizing and selection. He ended up helping us for about 3 hours on a busy day with many other customers. We all found great suits with a perfect fit and a great price. Thank you so much! 10/10 service, selection, and price."

"My experience prior to purchase was very pleasant. I went in to buy a suit and the salesman helped me pick out a couple shirts and ties, but it all went downhill after that. It took 3 weeks for the suit to be tailored, fine. I had to call to confirm the job was done, and when I went to pick it up a free days later they had forgotten to sew a button on. I left it with them to be fixed and came back a week later to pick it up. This time they couldn't even find my suit, they lost it! After giving them an hour to look for it I told them I was going home and to let me know when they found it. 2 days later I get a random email from FedEx saying I had a package being delivered that needed a signature. As you might have guessed, it was my suit, but I had no idea until I picked it up because no one at Jos a Bank called to tell me they had found my suit. Overall, the service was not up to standards"
