"On October 31st I went to buy scrubs for my new job; I’ve shopped here before and had no issues. There were scrubs sold in sets that I wanted, but I couldn’t try them on, because both fitting rooms had been occupied for some time. I didn’t see any signs stating that there were no exchanges/returns, and I wasn’t told that at checkout, so I bought them in good faith. I called on November 1st to let the owner know that one pair was too small, and I wanted to exchange the set for the large she still had. Instead of being understanding, the owner decided to rudely tell me that there was nothing she could do for me, and rushed me off the phone - now I’m out of a good chunk of money. There are too many other places to patronize for scrubs, especially with better selection, service, and return/exchange policies, and I should have listened to my first mind to go elsewhere. I’ll never make this mistake again."
