"I took my dog to the Banfield Hosp in Coral Spring on Nov 7-23 for a dental clean and ACTH exam, The doctor charged an unnecessary exam like Superchenm CBC $175,08, and also charged me 3x more the Consyntropin 0,25ml for $172,06, compared with the same medicine and same dosage in Aventura Hosp, the price was $51,11. I went to the Hosp Coral Springs in Person to talk to the manager and they refused to talk to me,I pay the insurance Monthy for my Dog and I always take my Dog to the Vet they charged me expensive and unnecessary exams to stolen money from their clients."

"I will give a good review...service and care at the point of care was great.... Now my dog had a reaction to the meds or procedure and had diarrhea ...I waited a few days and it didn't clear up. Called Banfield early am and was told Dr would prescribe a Rx to help . It was a sat and I called three times later and was told the Dr hasn't got to it. Long story in the end sat they closed and Sunday closed and my dog is still suffering while I do all I can to help his diarrhea Terrible post care!!!!!!!"

"I've been taking my pup here since he was only a few months old. The staff are Very responsive, professional and friendly. Specifically from manager Lindsey who handled a situation for me very effectively. I appreciate this service for my fur baby. They call me when it's time for a check up or when my pup needs a vaccine. The location is great and they keep all the areas of the office clean. I appreciate this service and the staff."

"The people are friendly is an understatement. We have been bringing our furry family members there for at least a year now. On 11/23/2021, one of our cats started having trouble breathing; while we were on the way there, I called to give them a heads up. When we arrived, no less than three people were waiting to rush Swirley (our cat) to the back. Thankfully they were able to stabilize him, and he is doing well; Doctor Heron was fantastic. She calmly told me what she thought we needed and got it done! They were very busy that day, and although there may have been a bit of a delay in service to the other people, they still managed to take care of everyone (Thanks to all the people who waited as well). I forget the veterinary technician's name, but she was great, and Miss Jessica is always the best. tbh, everyone, there has always been good to my family and me, the two and the four-legged"
