"Many businesses changed forever, if they survived at all, after the start of the Covid pandemic. This had never been an organized retail store, so having this in mind, complaining about the chaotic state of “merchandise” is a “what else is new” statement. I was in this store a few days ago to pass time and found a few items I intended to come back for. Everything seemed pretty well organized as far as sizes and types in their marked sections. This became a fools errand this evening as none of the men’s clothing is organized by size or garment. Shirts, jeans, women’s clothing, children’s clothing are all mixed together. Size markers don’t match the apparels size, and there’s clothing strewn over racks and on the floor. There’s no satisfaction in saying I’m done with Burlington as anyone who hears it would just say “what did you expect?”"

"Worst Burlington I've ever been to. All the labels were mismatched, zero organization, very hard to find anything, and all sizes were incorrectly labeled and placed. Absolutely chaotic. Horrendous store and terrible quality."

"Great place to find bargains on name brand items. I have found a lot of great Brandon’s and finds here. Can find gifts for many different people. Just need to have patience to pick and look through merchandise. It is similar to a Marshall’s or TJ Max"

"A disorganized mess. I hadn't been there in a while and I went last night. There was stuff strewn about in different areas and the women's clothing section is ridiculous. The sizes are all mixed up and all over the place and some are labeled one size on the hanger and another size in the actual clothing. I actually liked the store years ago. Now it's just really messy."

"UPDATE: 29 JANUARY 2023 I took review to 1-star. Walls are now up all around store interior, and it is now one small room filled with junk. Not worth the visit. One big room with racks of clothing. If price is your thing then maybe checking it it will help you, unless you are a plus sized person. Nothing great here but maybe if a true bargain hunter not minding wasting time looking through racks and racks of clothing. I felt Like I was in a high priced thrift store."
