"Today me and my friend pulled up to this store with small children in car my friend pulled around into what appeared to be parking spaces not to park there but had stopped to get her cover up out the back with car in park car still running and all of us still in seatbelts. The parking lot was chaotic the flow was being blocked by a large truck unloading merchandise and so it was confusing on where to park to keep from getting locked in or to park without getting hit. This VERY rude and highly unprofessional woman who we learned worked there started screaming at my friend that she could not park there and said “can you not read! That’s a tow away zone!” My friend turned around to get in the car and that woman screamed “DAMN!” My friend said excuse me I was stopping to get my cover up Im not parking!!! Needless to say my friend is from out of town and I live local so that very rude person lost customers cause we won’t ever go in there and she made us locals look bad to out of towners. Very least she could done was say hi mam are you planning on shopping if so that’s tow away zone but your welcome to park in this area over here NOT scream at my friend, insult her then cuss at her! In front of her kids!!!!"

"Awful customer service. I went in to purchase a jacket/coat (it was a very cold weekend in January) while on the phone and as I browsed the store I saw the bathroom so I ended my call. I went into the bathroom for less than 3 minutes and I came out to an irrational woman yelling at me and accusing me of “stealing” because I didn’t ask where the bathroom was. I apologized and asked her if Splash had any jackets/coats appropriate for the temperature outside and she couldn’t help me for yelling. Will NEVER shop here!"

"Store is well organized, lots of quality items here. From sunglasses, shirts, sweatshirts, to bathing suits, cards and necklaces. You’ll find plenty of beach wear and accessories in this store. The young lady that works there has a good attitude and is helpful. If you want to remember Perdido Key, you have to shop here."

"My comment was deleted, so I upload it again. This lady was smoking e-cigarette at the door blocking the entrance. As I and my husband approached and greet, she ignored and walked away into the back of the store! Surprisingly she WAS the store staff. We walked out. If the owner is reading this review, you would like to know that the staff who was working on 10/2/2020, she is hurting your business."
