"My friend and I went in last night to kill time after eating some sushi. Andrew and Aiden were working, both pleasant. Andrew came up to us shortly after we entered and asked if we were doing any holiday shopping and if he could assist us in finding anything! We weren't intending on buying anything but ended up getting car air freshener and some sunglasses. We will be back for holiday shopping and in the future. No holiday crabbiness going on in there and we thought it was an enjoyable shopping experience due to Andrew's (younger blonde) attitude and disposition. Props!"

"Haven’t skated in years, so I went into zumiez in Foley to pick out my first board since 2010. Ethan was the one helping me and he was a awesome! Very friendly and a great selection boards."

"Just visited this location. This is our local zumiez so it’s the one my family frequents. Our recent visit was the absolute WORST!!!! In customer service, guest interaction, and conflict resolution. The cashier accused my wife of stealing the items she had just paid for, then refused to allow her to use her reusable shopping bag to put her newly purchased items in. From the moment we walked in the store one employee followed us around the store ensuring we didn’t “steal” anything, pretending to appear busy around us. Now I don’t know if these kids have ever seen someone use reusable bags before, but it’s freaking 2021, people are allowed to carry their own shopping bags, and if you suspect someone of stealing don’t ring them up and then accuse them of attempting to steal the very items they just bought. Maybe next time ask to look in the bags before making assumptions and falsely accusing one of the sweetest and most honest people I know. I AM LIVID!! We feel disrespected and profiled. This location might be closer to us than the Pensacola or Mobile location, but I would rather drive the hour or shop online than give this location anymore of my business. Not all the employees during this particular visit were judgmental and rude."
