"Worst associates work here. Like most women my age and older, we hate bra shopping. I've been putting it off for a while until yesterday. Instead of my usual Victoria's Secret run, I decided to try Aerie because i love their fabric. Let me tell you, I will not be going back there EVER. Not one individual that worked there was nice, not even barely. None of the probably 10 associates were there to help, smile, or be a kind human in general. If you want details im more than happy to share."

"My daughter and I were shopping for jeans. We were approached and helped by a very friendly associate named Bre. I told her what my daughter was looking for and some of the challenges she experiences when looking for clothes that fit her body type. Bre was amazing and stepped up and engaged my daughter with kindness and enthusiasm. 20 minutes later we had three pairs of jeans that my daughter absolutely loved. Bre made her feel comfortable about trying on different options, asking her what she liked and didn’t like. From those responses, Bre found the jeans my daughter felt comfortable in and loved. It was by far the best experience we’ve had shopping. Thank you Bre."

"I am not the one to give stores reviews, but felt like this was needed after the encounter I’ve had at this location. I visited the store on a Wednesday night around 7pm. Checked out and there were two younger ladies working the register. One girl looked and seemed like she was fairly new. Another girl who was wearing a pink sweatshirt and black biker shorts was absolutely rude. I asked for a paper receipt then she had the audacity to roll her eyes in front of me all because I wanted a dang receipt. I love an HOUR away and this is the closest location to me. Got home & realized that the damn security tags were still on the items I purchased. Had to drive another hour back the next morning to get them off and I told the employee about the situation and she was silent the entire time. Never apologized or was empathetic about the situation. I’m assuming there are younger girls that’s are running this store, but management of some sort need to teach these young ladies respect and manners. I’m an Aerie girl through and through but this location absolutely was the worst encounter I’ve ever had. Do better."
