"I came here on December 23rd with my son the floor sells workers were awesome, very helpful and friendly,unfortunately the people on the registers need to be trained better. After I paid I was told I could have got a 20% discount asked to be rerun was told no ask for the manager which just so happened to be standing right there and told me no, one of the female registers started laughing about it thinking it was funny if my son wouldn't have been standing there I would have returned everything the sad thing was my son bought some stuff there too and the exact same thing happened again. We spent about 500 between both of us. I was very disappointed the way the manager treated me. I figured we lost about $100 I'd like to see them lose $100 and see how they would feel. I've worked in retail most of my life mostly management and I know that you have customers that can be rude and mean but I did not treat them disrespectful and I was not expecting to be treated like that. The guy that run me up looked fairly new I don't blame him I blame his manager for not stepping up and doing the right thing."

I enjoy shopping here because of the friendly staff and the discounts I am able to have access to due to the tanger membership as well as the Tommy Hilfiger Club rewards. The music is quiet and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend this store for all people 12 and up because there is not a high selection of children's clothing."

Instead, I spent a couple of $100s at one of their competitors in the same outlet. I bought TH before and I really liked their quality, but I think you can find the same quality at a lower price somewhere else. They have some unique items though."
