Dr. Watkins and his staff were super compassionate and empathetic and made the process as smooth as it could be. I'm sure he's done this many times, but you could feel his sadness. We've been going to this father and daughter team for half a dozen years and I would never go anywhere else. They are not pushy, they love animals, their team is amazing, and they know what they are doing. Yesterday afternoon I received flowers. Having to leave you pet at the curb and wait for an exam while sitting in a car is stressful, especially for our dog who hates to be separated from us.
