"Their vet prescribed my dog a controlled substance that can’t be stopped cold turkey or shouldn’t be. I called today and they have refused service so I found another Vet . Last time I was there they tried to draw my dog’s blood in the lobby. Why have exam rooms? The Cairo practice manager is very rude and her daughter is employed there and should be a conflict of interest. She thinks it’s appropriate to share a post that she often whispers in the ears of pet parents that “your owner is an idiot”. Delete it I have the screenshots. This vet is owned by AVG (American Vet Group ) in Tampa Florida. I’ve called for over a month and no results. It’s all about money. They refused services but continue to solicit my email. I will be filing complaints with veterinarian board. Absolutely do not recommend this place. I spent hundreds at another vet today. Run from this place (based on my experiences) Their employees have time to post on Facebook when they should be working and insist on doing their procedures out of pet parent’s presence. They care….about your money."
