"My two dogs have been patients here for two years solely out of location/convenience. Friday I called to get my pup in for his allergy shot because he has bad hot spots. This is something a vet tech can handle no problem. I was told my dog would need to be looked at by the Dr even though he is not up for his annual exam until July. I told the receptionist he just needed his shot nothing more and if they could not accommodate that we would transfer to another office. She said she would call back shortly which she never did so we are transferring like I stated. I felt like they were just trying to get extra money out of me which I do not appreciate."

"I visited this hospital after calling last minute, I got home and my 10 y/o female Olde English Buldoggee had really bad diarrhea, they had me in within 30 minutes, Dr. Kern checked her thoroughly and made her recommendation, she also offered treatment for a long lasting allergy related ear problem, she requested past records from another clinic, it’s now been 1 week, her stomach is a lot better and so is her ear. This will be my dogs clinic from now on, staff is great, prices are accessible and while waiting in the car outside on my second visit I saw the staff coming in and out of the office greet everyone by their first name, very personalized service, I love it and so far I love the expertise and customer service skills Dr. Kern provides.
