"Very very very bad experience with waiting time. Three time came here to see my gynecologist and all three times the amount of waiting time was more then 3 hours. You guys who work there have to do something with that . First time I came in as a walking at 8 am and was waiting till 5:50 pm to be taken by doctor. My appointment for today for example was at 1:45 , I came to the place at 1:30 , checked in at 2 pm because it was the long line then was waiting till 4:15 just to talk to the doctor for less then a minute. She just wanted to tel me that my results were good . Really? They got paid for every hour they are sitting there , I'm not. I respect their time and knowledge but I want you to respect mine as well."

"I have been coming here since l turned 18. North Miami Beach Community Health Center has turned into a family to me. I feel a warmth sense of hospitality from everyone there, starting from the security upfront to the doctors and NP. I really enjoy their service and l appreciate them for not making me feel rushed. Lots of the staff knows my heart by name and respect me in every way. It feels nice to have a whole community that truly do their best to provide GOOD QUALITY CARE. I have been to many other centers a long the way but l always find myself back to you guys. I am sad now that l moved far from Miami and l have to leave all my medical staff behind. I want to thank you all for taking care of me and support me as l moved to mid adulthood. Thank you for your patience and empathy that you all carried every time l went there."

"I had good experience with this facility. The wait time is expected due to high volume of patients. I know better to schedule my appointment on my day off so no complaint. Dr. Torres was the best when I used to go there. I can only say thank you for the experience I encountered with those staffs."

"Great experience! I had been coming with my mom for 3 years, she loves her doctor, we have to wait a little bit but that’s ok. All the staff is very efficient, the waiting room super clean, the nurses very helpful, especially Cristel pita, who helped me with my mom. For the prescriptions, I called the pharmacy a few hour before and I got the medications the same day."

"Very good service and a God sent for low-income families. The service was outstanding and faster than we expected for a clinic that sees low-income families. The doctor's bedside manners were great, and the in-processing was painless. About the only not so favorable thing I can say is that parking is scarce, so try to be dropped off instead of driving here."
