"Was working here for almost a year to find out I was being used until they did not need me anymore. The owner (Jennifer)always says she cares for her employees but in reality she does not; she cares for how her supervisors feel about the RBTs. Diversity in this company was another thing. Speaking a different language infront of your employees is very disrespectful. Management here is not the best."

It can be a little annoying with life always getting in the way but they do make it a point to reach out on a weekly basis.. "Don’t waste your time for the sake of your kids, find a place that has an in-house ABA Therapist because they dropped us after the first week because the ABA therapist did not find it convenient to drive over to our house anymore and they didn’t even bother to offer us options or services then they filed for discharge with insurance provider so I don’t even have the option of taking my son to the facility for ABA therapy. Not to mention, the only reason the schedule was out of whack in the first place was because they scheduled a male therapist, For the first session and ignored my request for Therapist so then they had to rush and find them last minute email Therapist and I guess it didn’t work out for her schedule To do 12 hours a week because they want to make big bucks on these kids and do at least 25 hours in the facility or 20 hours in the home +2 hours of supervision minimum. I’m not saying it’s not worth it but make sure they have people who want to help kids and who are able to Service your location or at least service their location gosh!"
