"had to wait 2 hours past our original farm call time. We had to call them for updates because every time they said “it’ll be 30 minutes”, it’s more like an hour at least. Even when they tell you’ll “I don’t know the cost of this but I’ll call you and let you know first before charging you”, they will still charge you without telling you. The large animal vets may be knowledgeable, but the service is just bad. I get they’re stressed and slammed like every other vet, but some things are just unjustified, especially when they communicate one thing to you but do something different. They haven’t returned emergency calls and they’ve charged me before for a horse that wasn’t mine."

"Nice facility! Very nice staff, big waiting area, and rather quick service. I like that if you are a patient there, you can use the 24 hr vet clinic available. The closest vet clinic 24 hrs for me would have been penscola or mobile which was 1 hr away so that didn't make sense to us. Thanks fur everything!"
