"I had an awful experience with a doctor who was extremely condescending and rude. Despite my attempts to provide relevant information, such as past x-rays and details about my symptoms, the doctor refused to listen or look at any of it. Upon entering the room, the doctor immediately dismissed my concerns, insisting that my scoliosis had disappeared, despite me having x-rays just two weeks prior clearly showing its presence. When I tried to show him my previous x-rays, I was cut off and denied the opportunity to explain. Later, when I consulted with another doctor, they informed me that if the first doctor had bothered to review my previous x-rays as suggested, they would have known that conducting a laying-down imaging procedure wouldn't accurately reveal the extent of the bend in my spine. Contrary to the dismissive doctor's claim that scoliosis can vanish in just two weeks, it's well-established that scoliosis does not spontaneously resolve in adults. A good doctor should be honest and transparent, admitting when they're uncertain rather than evading questions or becoming agitated. Despite never having left a negative review before, I feel compelled to warn others that their concerns may not be taken seriously by this particular doctor, Dr. Paul Steele MD."
"Do not go to this Emergency room. After waiting for hours we were going to be discharged without even being talked to about the Xrays that were taken and then the nurse got an attitude with me when I asked what the results of the Xrays were. I wish I got her name but DO NO GO HERE....RUDE and extremely inefficient. I understand they were busy but no reason to be rude to people who are already stressed about an injury."
"place is a joke, better off going to a real emergency room like Morton Plant. I came in for on going back pain.. honestly I wasn’t expecting much but I received far less. It’s Christmas Eve I get it but legit they poked at my back and suggested I take Tylenol every 4 hours (after I already mentioned I don’t like to take pills) and but the part that really got to me was they gave me my discharge papers before even doing my registration. Nothing like saying sorry about your luck but happy holidays. I don’t feel like I got any resolution to my issue, I don’t even really know what’s wrong. No iron samples or blood samples were drawn. They provided a temporary fix. Was basically told that I hurt my back running around preparing for the holidays and didn’t realize it."
"Has to be the worst ER I have ever been to. When we arrived my boyfriend was throwing up automatically, and no one tried to help. They tried to tell me that I had to wait for him to be able to register when he was violently throwing up and shaking. Once we finally got in, the nurse was super rude. She had brown hair with highlights and square glasses. When he was shaking she was very rude when telling him to stay still. I know that you need to stay still when you are receiving an IV but you are a nurse your supposed to have alittle bit of sympathy. They left us in the room for over an hour, my boyfriend bile 3 times and was serverly shaking. I called the call button because blood was coming up through his IV tube and he got puke on his blanket and he asked for a new one as well as more puke bags. Got a new puke bag and was told the doctor would be in here soon. Then we had to wait another hour and I had to press the call button AGAIN. At this point a nurse came in and I asked if we could leave and go to a different ER because it’s been two hours, and no one has helped us. And my boyfriend has been covered in a vomit blanket after I asked for a new one. She gave him a Zofran and gave him water, while he had an IV in his arm and gave him more saline. I think you weren’t supposed to drink water with an IV in??? Weird… about a half hour later a doctor finally came in, couldn’t really give us an answer just said well I’ll give him something to make him fall asleep. An hour later still covered in puke after asking for a new blanket twice I called the nurse, she came in all rude telling me to stop pressing the button and explained to her that she’s basically just left us in here for hours with barely any help and STILL COVERED IN A VOMIT BLANKET. What am I supposed to do? She gave him some medication and wouldn’t tell him what she injected him with and left. 15 minutes later I was pissed and basically told her I wanted to leave since they aren’t even helping us. PLEASE if you have an emergency got to Morton Plant. It’s alittle further but they will not take care of you here and treat you poorly."
"I really like this place is my 3rd time coming here, but this time I went for a right side abdominal pain on 7/25/23 morning time and the nurse Amanda very attentive very nice , I had CT scan and blood test . but the physician told me she was going to send the prescription of ibuprofen for my pain but she never did .till this day I still waiting for Walgreens to call me ."
