"So I definitely was nervous going into my appointment. I haven’t always had good experiences there. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they definitely made me feel comfortable. From the front desk, to the young lady who checked me in and did my X-rays. Mrs Kenyatta and the hygienist y’all she sooo help and down to earth. Keep it straight with me and made me comfortable as ever. Not gone lie she made me only want to deal with her and her only. She kept asking if I was okay. If it hurts let her know. She really kept me calm!!!! Cause GOOGLE FRIENDS, I was so anxious and nervous!!!"

"I broke a tooth a week before my cleaning. When I went in, the staff were going to work with me to start the process of fixing the other tooth the same day. Unfortunately I couldn't do that because of my other obligations, so the staff found a day that worked for all of us. They also worked with my insurance to get the best coverage possible. The atmosphere at the office is always friendly and professional. The office is clean and the staff are very helpful."

"Service was good. Everyone was nice. If you're a new patient and just want your teeth cleaned, it's going to take 2 separate visits. They're also going to try and sell you a deep cleaning that's probably not necessary...."

"To Doctor Walter: Your service is great since I started back in January. However, today at my appointment at 12:30, the individual who assisted has an unprofessional attitude. With my condition of my sensitive gum, which I just got extraction 2 weeks ago. Instead of being understanding, she asked and kinda offensive whether the patient brushed his/her teeth when she discovered there's some food pieces stuck where the bleeding gum was. On top of that, she didn't follow the doctor's instruction, which told her to hold the patient 5 minutes before doing x-ray. She only waited 2 minutes and already called the front office to be ready to check me out. She seems in a rush, maybe because she is late for her lunch or something. But this is unprofessional and not a good attitude towards the patient. The individual should be warned to better the service to other patients. Hopefully, other patients won't have the same experience as I was. My previous encounter with other associates in this location was great, except this individual since the first minute I had with her. She needs to changed or she shouldn't be in this profession."
