"I have been going to Pines Vision for many, many years. Love Dr. McIver and the friendly, attentive staff. But today's experience was the total opposite. I went in to have my warranty frames repaired/replaced. The young lady at the counter was less than caring in wanting to assist. She eventually pulled up my record and confirmed the frame was under warranty, had to be ordered and there was a $20.00 shipping fee. Having my annual appointment coming up next month and knowing the prescription will most likely change, I declined to order a replacement pair, opting to wait until next month. I asked if the Tech could take a look at my frames to see if he can do anything to repair them until I get my new prescription/frames; she proceeded to say there was nothing he would be able to do (without checking with him first) and to just get some crazy glue and try to put the leg back in. WOW, excellent customer service! Maybe its time for a change."
