"Patricia was our server for the evening and did a great job. She was attentive and so personable. We enjoyed talking with her and appreciated her taking the time to get to know us. The door staff and staff at the coffee shop were also great. The food was fantastic. One plate of El Criollo was enough to share. We had breakfast for dinner. My husband ordered La Tripleta. Left a little room for a Cortadito and took pastry and cake to go. It was great. Only thing missing was seeing Nicky Jam come by. Too bad. Maybe next time we are in Miami he’ll be there."

"The restaurant is beautiful and we loved the style and music. All of the tables have water bottles set out when you get seated and we told our waiter we just wanted water, but it turns out they charge for the bottled water so that felt misleading. The food was delicious and very aesthetically pleasing; we loved the pancakes especially. They had so many staff members on hand walking around but nobody checked on us once. It took 10 minutes just to get a server’s attention to bring salt and pepper to the table. They also charge an automatic 20% gratuity but stand over you with the bill which prompts you to add even more gratuity so we felt awkward and pressured to tip more but it absolutely was not deserved. Overall we enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the service just sucked unfortunately."

"Food was too sweet. We wanted water, they removed the water bottles from the table. Our server literally greeted us and forgot to come back to the table. We had to ask for a waiter. The second waiter lady never gave us updates on our order and didn’t write down what we wanted. It was so bad. It is a 20 percent gratuity automatically added to your meal which is fine if the service was decent, well it wasn’t."

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The food was delicious. Patty was our server and she was amazing, outstandingly kind and fast to take care of us. The only downside, is the restroom there’s only one and you probably have to wait like 10 minutes in line."

"Daniela was amazing and extremely helpful and caring. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were well worth the price. Highly recommend visiting if you are in town. And I loved that all the staff were Latinos or speaker Spanish! Will definitely be visiting again!"
