"I order food to my job and I have always been satisfied with the food. Service needs some work as most employees don't speak English and most times it takes several calls to finally get an answer. My perspective completely changed today when I ordered. Besides taking over an hour for me to receive the food, I found a cockroach inside my coffee. When I called to inform them, they didn't even care and said they would only refund me $1 for the coffee. Definitely not the right way to compensate a customer for finding a disgusting cockroach inside their food."
