"I like to add splenda to own coffee and I do not like the server to do this. When I ordered a cappuccino this morning with no sugar, so I could add splenda myself, the person taking my order was laughing at me. I guess it’s considered acceptable to laugh at customers when they order a customized cappuccino. Honestly very terrible service."

"Overall it’s a nice bakery, but the coffee quality is hit or miss some mornings. I’ve had watered down colada’s and cafe con leches and then come the next days and it’s amazing. I would recommend since it’s a great environment and the employees are great."

"Stopped in for a quick snack. Order two chicken croquetas and they were great tasting, however still stone cold in the middle. By the time I bit in to them I had left but just mentioning it to maybe increase cook time. Thank you!"

Recently, I visited Pincrest Bakery to purchase a cake for my mother's birthday, and unfortunately, the service I received was subpar. I was attended to by two young individuals, a girl and a boy, who seemed inexperienced and lacked proper customer service skills. The interaction left much to be desired. Although I have always had a fondness for Pincrest Bakery, this particular experience has left me hesitant to return to this location. As a customer, I believe that excellent service is crucial, and it was unfortunate to encounter mediocrity on this occasion. I hope that Pincrest Bakery takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the shortcomings in their service. As a loyal customer, I would love to see improvement in the quality of service provided, as it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for all patrons. In conclusion, while I have previously enjoyed the offerings of Pincrest Bakery, my recent experience has left me uncertain about returning to this specific location. "This place is the worst Pinecrest Bakery I’ve visited. The Croqueta de la casa was cold and tasted old. The pastelito de carne had very little filling even for a pastelito. The frita was served with Cuban bread that was larger than the patty it came with. The cashier didn’t know what a tortilla española is. The display cases don’t have light and make things look old. The chandeliers are tacky. The layout is horrible for the amount of real estate. I won’t be returning and you shouldn’t go. If you did, it’s too late, and that sucks."
