"After going to another optical center in the mall by mistake and waiting while the person helping me tried to replace the batteries in the office phone for ten minutes, they directed me to Optical Outlets where I was supposed to be. Boy was I glad! What a completely different atmosphere! Avery greeted me with a smile and he was so efficient and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time. I was lucky to get Avery again when I picked up my glasses, which were ready way sooner than promised. Again, Avery provided the same friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend!!!"

My youngest, who is 5 years old, is a very inquisitive little girl. The doctor was patient and kind. Above all, a young man named Avery was SO amazing with both of them. He excitedly answered each one of my daughter's questions with clarity and enthusiasm. It was so refreshing to see that. I hope to have him assist me during each and every visit. He truly seems to have a passion for what he does."
