"I had a friend that worked n she told how great they are so I figured I would try them. Well the Dr was excellent I'm going to keep going back to him. I ordered my glasses n they came in about a week later n I was extremely disappointed they weren't I had asked for. So I called the store n was informed they don't give refunds so now I was more then disappointed but I did get to speak to the owner a little while later n he said he would redo the glasses I said ok but I said I was never going back after that. I went back a few days later n met Deb who was the most upbeat, helpful person you could imagine. She did everything to make sure I was going to be satisfied n happy. If it wasn't for her I probably would have given up on this store. Believe it or not I actually got another pair of glasses with Deb's help. Between her n the owner it turned out to be a good experience n I will definitely be going back. 5 stars"
