I needed some rage therapy with my best friend to let some of it out. I’m so glad the amazing ladies at Frustration Station have made an environment where you can let it out. "The moment we walked in, we were greeted, felt welcomed right away. My daughter and her best friend got creative with paint in the splash room, threw paint at not only their canvases but at each other! They were able to play their choice of music. Which was cool. then they went into the rage room where they were able to let their frustration out. (They broke everything lol) I have to say this was such a great idea, at the end they both requested for another session **The rage room really helps with any frustrations, mental health or just when you need to let loose. They also have sessions for little ones in the rage room, which is cool. The staff was so awesome, they were very nice, informative, and provided us with pictures and refreshments. Check them out, it’s well worth it."
