"Best service I encounter I waited patiently and they knew my situation I made sure I call in advance for Rx to check and even call on every 18 of month to fill my Rx so I can pick it up with no problems."
"I've never posted a negative comment but today I must warn everyone to be wary of the pharmacy at this location. Today I was livid! My daughter had surgery this morning and her pain meds were still not ready after 5 days. We went in yesterday and the pharmacy tech told us he wasn't able to dispense it and to pick it up this morning. Picked up my daughter after recovery and headed to CVS to pick up scripts. Told us the same excuse as the day before. This is grossly inconsiderate! My daughter was in the passenger seat bandaged up and all the pharmacy tech could say was "sorry". This is not the only issue. I also pick up my Mom's meds from this place and it has been horrible service. Always long lines and excuses."
"I went to get the covid test, my apoiment was at 3:50pm It was a car infront of me so a waited for almost 20 minutes and then the person just left and I ended up waiting for Nothing, something so serious should be done for professional people for real."
"Red flag #1: The first time I filled here, they tried to give me 20 pills less than what my prescription required. If I hadn’t called them back to let them know this was the case, and hadn’t returned to this CVS to pick them up, I’m not sure if they would have even acknowledged it. BUT, I did get my full prescription at the end of the day, figured they just made a mistake, we are all human, so I let it go and kept keeping my script filled at this CVS location. Now, RED FLAG #2 has gone off, by not just me, but also by my primary care physician, because I dropped off my prescription for a refill about 2 weeks ago, they stated they needed to order the medication, so they’d keep my prescription with them. I had no issues with them keeping my prescription, since they told me they were ordering it and it would be ready the following week. However, a week has now passed and more, and now when I call back to see if it is ready, as I was told when it would be, they stated that they have no record of my prescription, no record of me coming to drop it off, and no record of them ordering the prescription as well. I find that extremely sketchy, especially since it is a “controlled substance”, to just “lose” a prescription, and have no record of a customer even coming to drop it off when they did, and telling that customer over the phone that they can just “get another prescription written up” by their doctor. Now every time I call, I am put on hold for 30 minutes and more, no one has yet to answer the phone, no one has yet to call me back in regards to finding the prescription. If I lived close by, I’d stop by in person and see what’s going on, unfortunately I don’t, hence why I continue to call. But now I see that they have no intentions of helping me, or getting to the bottom of my “lost prescription”. I just find it EXTREMELY sketchy, and being in the health care profession myself, it seems like some malpractice is occurring at this CVS. So please customers be aware, especially when dealing with your “controlled substances” prescriptions."
"Why can't management employ more pharmacist to assist customers. One person doing drive through, Indoor customers, answering phone, this person sometimes prepares prescriptions. If it is so bad to pay for help then you need to close down. It's ridiculous waiting half hour in drive through or in line almost everyday to be assisted. I must say when 3 of the ladies are there service is much faster come on CVS do better."
