"My buddy got save! He’s happy again, playing around & back to normal! Praise God, he’s only a baby! Thank you Weston Lakes Animal Hospital. & thank you for working with us on things we couldn’t even afford out of pocket!"
"I certainly wouldn't use this facility as my baby's primary vet... However, I would like to give credit where credit is due... and this is to Vet Tech Natalie. She's always so kind and professional. My baby has had two emergencies due to her pancreatitis, and she's always been very helpful. The actual vets here definitely would NOT recommend."
"If you love your pet, please don't bring them to this location. They simply don't care. From the receptionists to Doctors, they just don't. Our dog went there to get her anal glands expressed and because she was really anxious her nail snapped. They said it would be a one day thing and that the glue they put on it would do. A day later the paw is worse and we bring her back. They tell us she needs a cast and that it would be a 4 day thing. They told us she needed a cone and Trazadone, so she wouldn't take it off. We made sure she didn't touch that thing for 4 days. We paid for Trazadone. $28 for 10 pills. 4 days later we bring the dog back to take the cast off and now she has an infected/inflamed paw. See the picture. My husband tells them we won't pay for the antibiotics or anti-inflammatories because this was all their fault. The vet gives my husband such a difficult time. My husband comes back home and tells me everything and I go there to talk to the manager, who at first seems really nice, but after he is contradicting himself with information he is giving me I ask to talk to the owner, who apparently has Covid and can't talk to me. I say I won't leave the clinic until they talk to me, so then they call the police. Long story short, don't bother with this animal hospital. We will make sure to tell all our friends with pets to go elsewhere. Now we have a dog in an e-collar for more than 3 weeks and counting, not to mention so many other vet bills trying to get this problem rectified by another vet."
"I wanted to personally thank all the staff for being extremely supportive and dedicated for my pet Hana's needs. They truly went above and beyond every doctors would do. Even though Hana had fight so hard to live, we did what was necessary for her. My special love goes to Dr. Rivera dedicating a long year battle with Hana's diagnosis including researches for the best treatment plans. I will forever be in debt to your team. Thank you once again!"
"This was my first visit to this practice. (10/13/23) I’ve been given 3 different diagnoses by 3 different veterinarians in the last few weeks & a friend recommended that I visit this facility. I’m so glad that I did. They genuinely listened to my concerns, they were thorough with the evaluation, thorough with their explanation of everything & the staff was overall kind and caring. They even brought her a bowl of water because she was panting so hard. I wasn’t ‘nickel and dimed’ either. I was given a high & low estimate based on what she absolutely needed & what she might possibly need. The total ended up actually being lower than expected. My dog is severely anxious & usually races back to me after she has been taken in the back at vet offices. She wasn’t as upset when she came back to me as she usually is after she has been taken in the back at other facilities. They really took their time and had extra patience with her due to my warning about her anxiety. She has another appointment with Dr. Spranklin tomorrow 10/16/23. I have complete confidence that she is in great hands at Weston Lakes Animal Hospital. They have definitely earned a new patient for life!"
