"Made a quick stop for an iPad charger. There many other options for electronics, but they didn't have what I needed. I will say the store was clean and fairly organized. It's also located along a busy route but too far from the highway. Since I was traveling, this made it easy to shop and get right back on the highway."
"I had to transfer my prescriptions to a different Walgreens, because this one will not give me my medication. I’ve gone through withdraws because of this pharmacy for not wanting to give me my medicine."
"They no longer give you a heads up when your meds need a refill ?? And a lot of times the meds are not available. You have to go back and forth with them. Not sure what's happening with this Walgreens Pharmacy, but they are really going down hill."
"Terrible experience at this pharmacy as ALWAYS. Carmen (the pharmacist - looks like the boss) gave me a HORRIBLE experience AS EXPECTED. Doesn’t help at all when it comes to literally do her job. Me and my husband always go, every month, to grab our prescriptions/refills as soon as our doctors send it, and she always tell us that it is NOT available. The next day (or 2), when we come back to pick it up, she says the medication is GONE. Now, through the video as you can see, she tells me that when someone arrives first to pick it up (even if it’s YOURS - with your name) she opens and give to ANOTHER CLIENT that arrived in person first. Isn’t funny? You waiting for your medication to be ready, and when IT IS ready, CARMEN gives to somebody else that arrived in person before you. And what about the message they should send to you to let you know it’s ready? THEY DONT. And give YOUR MEDICATION to someone else. Making you wait for MORE THAN A MONTH, until your medication is ready again, and the cycle goes all over again. My other medication was sent on September 14th. I went on the 15th to ask for the medication. And CARMEN told me they didn’t have it… It’s weird because in the other day when I called, another person told me that because I didn’t have a health insurance, CARMEN told us we couldn’t get the medication. Now please, reflect about THE LAW (like she said) and let me know, if you need to have a health insurance to grab your PRESCRIBED MEDICATION? I called my doctor and asked to resend the prescription on September 22 (Friday). Now on TUESDAY I came back and CARMEN again, told me they didn’t have it. Very shocking since they had for my husband THE SAME MEDICATION send at the SAME DAY. I asked her how that was happening. And her answer was that since I had a prescription requested on a weekend, they couldn’t provide it to me in a weekend, meaning I should’ve wait until Monday. Ok let’s wait. AGAIN, today is TUESDAY, and now they said they didn’t have it until NOW AGAIN (but for my husband they did????) They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I wanted to complain due to all of this DISRESPECT. She brought me RAYMOND “the manager”… He told me the medication WAS NOT AVAILABLE at his pharmacy (lol - wasn’t for me to wait 30 minutes???) I told him everything CARMEN and another brown hair lady told me. That in 30 minutes will be ready. And he insisted in tell me (since Carmen was giving him the information) that they WOULDN’T have it. And if I want, I should go to another pharmacy. After RAYMOND DIDNT HELP ME WITH ANYTHING AT ALL; They brought IVETE. What a REAL MANAGER AND WORKER. She solved my problem, the lies and the FULL disrespect about all of this “employees” (if you can call them like this) in 5 minutes. She told me the medication would be ready in 15 minutes and I could wait. Here I am in my car, waiting for my FINALLY (after a huge fight) RIGHT to have my medication. Don’t go to this pharmacy!!! If you go, ask for IVETE!!! She’s the only one that real works there."
"This pharmacy, the patient service is a disaster, my husband, after a long waiting line for two occasions, has refused to deliver his medicines because he only has a valid passport from another country, which is a valid identification wherever he is, since he has his residence in process and is married to an American citizen. You want to deliver your medicines, couldn't a tourist get sick and pick up your medicine with a valid passport as identification? please stop doing ridiculous things they are not giving away the medicine we are paying for it someone put letters in the matter please!!!"
