"I haven’t been to this location (Donald Ross & US1) in years for multiple reasons, but today is noticed helpful people, even with 2 employees off the clock on their way home who stayed to help when a self serve register (which I detest) wasn’t working for a previous customer. No signage on valentine's merch, so it appeared to still be full price days later. Coupon paper ran out, so all coupons didn’t print. Store was overfilled & crowded with merch, BUT because of the helpful employees (this visit), I will add this store back to my route."

"The poor front-end cashier isn't allowed to ring up customers? In such an affluent area with so many seniors, one would expect much better customer service. Please eliminate self-checkout from this location. It is just too stressful for everyone! Shame on you, CVS."

"Pharmacy staff are stretched thing, especially at peak hours, which can lead to considerable wait times. With that being said, they do a good job maintaining their composure and sincerity even during peak busy-ness. Special shout out to Gio for going to great lengths to helping me sort out a snafu with my prescription insurance company (read: nightmare nonsensical task)-- this country needs more people like you!"

"Filled my prescription on such short notice on Christmas Eve. I don't encourage others to do that but thankfully they did and were kind and accommodating."

"If it weren’t for Joy I’d give 0/5 if I had the option… A African American store cashier clerk, Fran, disrespected me upon checkout for no reason what-so-ever. All I had was a question about the CVS app and then wanted her to confirm the total due on her end; however, when I asked the amount her demeanor completely 360’d. She aggressively tapped on the payment processing terminal and demanded that I look at the screen. She was very brash, ignorant, and rude. I was trying to understand where the disconnect had ensued, but some people just aren’t worth your time. I’m living off of borrowed time as it is. Meanwhile, another cashier clerk named Joy lives up to her name, as she brings enjoyment to the store and to its customers. Joy actually adds value to the customer experience. She’s very well spoken, professional, patient, rational and empathetic to her employees and more importantly, her customers. Joy truly is the best employee at that store location. Honestly, she should be manager, superseding Larry. In order to do better you got to hire better. I’d suggest you get rid of Fran but to each it’s own in this broken society. That is all thank you"
