"I will share my CVS pharmacy experience. Three weeks ago, I received the wrong medicine at CVS by Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Road after having an allergic reaction that landed me back at the doctor's office with palpitations, severe headaches, and high blood pressure. I returned to the pharmacy, and they admitted their mistake; however, I had to pay a new copayment for the new refill and lost the other refill that I could not take due to the allergic reaction. CVs management never called me back to respond to my complaints. Or if I ever received a refund for the double copayments, I had to pay due to their mistake, which could cost me my life. I will keep you posted if they ever call me back. I think it is time for me to change pharmacy."

"The young lady was quite helpful in helping me look for a brand. Ultimately, they do not carry it, but I was appreciative that left the counter to look for it. Most would just point, and you're on your own to find what you're looking for."

"This is quite possibly the slowest pharmacy in the history of mankind. Usually it's not a big deal as it's maintenance prescriptions but now I'm done dealing with them and switching to the Publix pharmacy like my wife did before. Last straw was 5 days after prescription was sent to them from the Dr, they still have no clue if/and/or when the prescription will be filled. This happens to be a time sensitive script to be taken before surgery and a "I don't know if we got that" sassy response on the phone doesn't help anything. Basically you're lucky if they have your prescriptions and if you question what's going on or ask about a time frame you get an attitude in the response... probably because they're tired of people asking where their medication is."

"This pharmacy is consistently closing earlier than advertised. Yesterday, 6/2/22 they closed at 8pm while i had been waiting on the drive thru line for 45mins. I was not given and explanation or reason."
