"My dog, princess got the best loving care with Dr. Yanguas and her staff. Our visit was urgent. I explained the tumor she had was rapidly growing and they immediately began to take care of my dog. The veterinarian Dr. Yanguas listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I’m thankful we were recommended Dr. Yanguas."
"This vet used to be very customer service, and they really cared for their customers. My parents and me brought our animals here for years and I even used to volunteer on the weekends to help out. Keep in mind, I live in Broward County. I would stay far away from this vet. I was house sitting for my parents and one of their dogs got loose, he came back the next day with a infected puncture wound on his belly so I rushed him to this vet during busniess hours and they charged $1800 for 4 staples and tube to drain the infection. My parents have had many emergency visits here which never costed over $400. When I rushed my parents dog there, not even 30 mins later they called me to pick up the dog. Barley 30mins, 4 staples and a tube cost $1800? While I was waiting in the waiting room to pick up my dog, Maria came out and started to be rude right off the bat basically saying it’s my fault the dog got out. Maria has been very rude the last couple times I have been there, as well as the staff. Because of an unpaid visit that was NOT my parents fault, another one of my parents dog that has been under Maria’s care for years now, is no longer allowed there. They declined to supply him with his heart medication. Another time, while my parents dogs were puppies, one of the puppies got ahold of some medication and swallowed a pill. We called the emergency line right away with no answer. Finally got ahold of Maria and she said not to worry and that “she just got home”.. the puppy was not looking so good so we kept on contacting Maria till she finally agreed to check him out. Got to the place and of course Maria was rude. It was VERY difficult to get an emergency visit even though they are “suppose” to be 24/7 according to their website. Iv had two kittens die there along with my bunny that passed away an hour after picking her up from there which was about two years ago. All and all, this vet just cares about making thier money. They do no care about the well-being of the animals brought in nor their customers."
"I took my dog in on a Friday evening late. The vet I normally went to wasn’t able to take her because it was past 7 o’clock. I took a chance and took my dog they treated my dog like it was their own pet I highly recommend Loxahatchee Groves Veterinarian Clinic they have a Faithful loyal customer for as long as I have animals. If you’re looking for caregivers for your new furry friends please check them out you will not be disappointed."
