"Every time I come here to pick up meds, after their automated system calling me 3 times a day for an entire week, they never have my prescription ready. Either it's not filled or they don't read it correctly and try to tell me the doctor didn't call it in, which every time I call their office while holding up the line at CVS they inform me they did in fact call it in, and magically just like that my script appears in the CVS system. Not sure if it's a lack of training, lack of effort or if there is something nefarious going on. Make sure you check your meds and if your doctor says the script is there, ITS THERE."
