"Been an established patient of this Office. However will not return to this office will cancel future appointment. Was treated very rude by the receptionist who did not make any effort to help me with the referral which I did not need per insurance for f/u CPT code given by office. I did her leg work calling my PCP, insurance to confirm issue with referral. Something that should have been done by office not the patient . Did not bother call appointment scheduler Rosa. Person who PCP office spoke to for referral. Left me standing by the window and asked the other front end person to assist me walked away. Other staff rescheduled me at that point my blood pressure was high, disappointed just wanted to leave . Need to have a little more humanity and be more professional with your patients who go to your office due to illnesses not for pleasure. Paid for parking, walked 2 blocks only parking available not able to see my Dr. I am disabled use a walker and no ramp to assist people with disabilities."

"Parking place very difficult you have to find some place outside the street and you have to pay for every minute, when you call nobody will answer the phone, when you are in the exam room the doctor won't see you, some other staff personal will see you. The location in Hialeah is definitely more convenient and the Doctor will see you in person."

"Worst customer service by receptionist, in addition, they impose to save your credit card in order to see the doctor. I refuse to do it as they have no right to save my credit card in their files so I was not allowed by the rude receptionist to see the doctor."

"The wait to get a hold of these people on the phone is above twenty minutes every time. On top of that, I’ve been calling for weeks because they need to resend me a referral (mind you, they should have done that as soon as they saw the result without me needing to call them) and they still have not sent it. Actually, they said they did, and I went to the lab only to find out they had not done it. Also, they make you leave your credit card on file as a condition to receive care. Stay away if you can."

"The doctors are great, but their staff is rude and not helpful. You feel that they are constantly annoyed with you. I would recommend the practice to train their staff better to be more human and nice to their patients. I don’t need a woman raising her voice at me or treating me bad when I’m dealing with health issues and I’m trying to get better. The people that do this job should be kinder… and care about your patients"
