"arrived for an appointment. called multiple times ahead and when i got here the office was closed. i was asked to confirm many times my appointment for today and was told i would be charged $35 if i missed my appointment. well i guess i’m missing the appointment!"
"I've been waiting for ctscan results for week n half to know my results to have the pic removed from my arm n the front office told me last Thursday that the doctor would not be in till next Tuesday n they would call me the results so I called around 1pm on Tuesday n explained my situation with the front desk n they said they would let the doctors know my priorities n so far no results I've called them on five different days n still nothing horrible way they make the patients wait"
"My mother 81 yrs old had an appt with him at 11:45 as did every patient in the waiting room, when we asked the nurse about the waiting time. We were told they we just had to wait thet the Dr arrives at 11:45 which is why they have all his clients arrive at the same time, this is ridiculous being they everyone in that waiting room was elderly, keep in mind it’s lunch time and neither of them had eaten, 5 patients waiting in the lobby and maybe 3 in the back rooms. This is in sane"
"My fiance a post operative patient that had the removal of a malignant mass then contracted staphylococcal bacteria infection at the incision site went today to get seen and received the most horrendous service. Her original appointment was at 1:15 and did not get seen on till 4 o'clock. And when she approached the office manager Joanna and asked her how much longer because she has not eaten and she is a cancer patient she received the most not only on professional response but also a very inhuman one. Then she looked at my fiancee and says "it's not my problem that your sick I am not the one that needs to see the doctor you are!". Everyone needs to know how much of a horrible human being this person is and the medical staff that tolerates such horrendous behavior. The doctor is very good unfortunate that you have to be treated like GARBAGE and make someone cry (WhichMy fiancee did) to get adequate care."
"I waited nine months for my appointment and signed my medical report record release in advance. The office called me the same day of my appointment to cancelled my appointment. I offered them to pick up my medical records and give the documents to them the same day, but that wasn’t an option for them. Instead (1) the secretary gave me an appointment 10 weeks later and (2) to call each Friday to see if they have any cancellation. Why they didn’t call me before to ask for the medical records? Why she didn’t accept the medical records that I could pick up and gave to her the same day? Because the medical records needs to be over there last Friday. And that was Good Friday, so I’m pretty sure that the office was close. Bad management and customer service...."
