"We were referred here by a friend. Dr. Possner is great and so is his nurse Randi. We asked her some questions before we saw the doctor and her answers were right on the mark (if a little over our heads). We asked the same questions of the doctor after he came in and got the same answers. Its nice to know that the nurses are so knowlegable. We will be coming back !"

"We visited Dr. Posner in a pinch when our regular vet was closed and my Shar Pei siblings were exhibiting symptoms of a respiratory illness. His staff was able to get us scheduled for appointments right away. Dr. Posner was very knowledgeable about the breed, which is hard to find since they have such specialized health requirements. Dr. Posner and his staff were caring and addressed our needs, they were trusting and took amazing care of my fur kids. We are so happy to have a knowledgeable vet so close by to rely on and will definitely be returning."

"0 stars Terrible practice Unfriendly Unprofessional Heartless I just visited this location and had a terrible experience. I walked in with a very ill dog expecting a veterinarian to help me. Instead I spent an hour and $70 just to be undermined and be told my dying dog is a “bad case for a Saturday 2:00pm”. The practice was atrocious. I have never seen someone with so little emotion towards an animal in pain and am horrified they are actually a veterinarian. This veterinarian had zero compassion towards me either. My dog was unable to walk and showing signs of having a seizure yet the doctor was taking his time asking me about her records and commenting on how they were about to close. This practice did absolutely nothing for my best friend that was suffering but make me feel like she is already dead. My dog later had a seizure on the way to the emergency room after they got my money. WHY was I checked in and charged if you didn’t have time for “my case”? There was no triage, the receptionist saw my 5 pound dog wrapped in a blanket drooling. I told them she can’t even stand. Yet, I waited 30 minutes just to see the veterinarian’s assistant."

"Took our fur baby to this vet clinic for an ear infection. Upon his so called exam, he gave him ear meds and an appointment the next week. Went for next appointment and gave him 2 shots and no improvements in ear infection Went again following week, still no improvement and got 2 more shots. No mention of tests at anytime and our baby 16 years old. He continues to seem to get worse and had to take him to 24 hr emergency vet on new years eve. Found out his kidneys and liver and comletely shut down. Internal bleeding. Had to put him at rest since his quality of life and pain was terrible for him. Lost a lot of weight and. would not eat. Shame on this vet. Our boy was Kevin Smith in their records."
