"Either team members lack of training processing or applying secondary insurance to Rx’s or simply don’t want to bother. Just picked up my prescription and provided my secondary insurane coverage and they didn’t know how to apply it.The sales assistant tried his best; however, he didn’t know to do it. He asked for help but was turned away by the others and was told it couldn't be found. I think these other assocites, didn't want to bother in helping us. Ironically, this same extra coverage was used throughout whole 2023 at this pharmacy and never encountered a problem. Btw, I picked three Rxs Wednesday night at CVS in Wilton Manors and there was no issue processing my meds."

"Pretty poor pharmacy. Staff is generally a bit on the rude side, whether in person or via phone. A little customer service training would go a long way. Of course, like most pharmacies, they are likely a bit understaffed compared to demand. But that is no reason to be rude and unhelpful. Called today and asked when meds would be ready, and difficult to pin them down to even having them sometime today. And this was after they couldn't find the first set of prescriptions (similar stories in other reviews) that I went to pick up. "They will be done by 4:00" and then literally hung up on me. Pretty sure that when I go pick up meds, there will likely be two sets."

"CVS personnel, including the pharmacist and Heidi behind the counter were very helpful in filling our "vacation override". They both resolved issues we had with Optum Rx. We're very appreciative of their help and professionalism."

"So the line has not moved in 25 mins . This is a joke. Covid test doesn't take so long. There's 6 cars waiting for 1 car to move. Seriously! Come ON!"
