"Woke up to my dog screaming in pain. I had called to discuss her previous treatments, and ask about pricing for an evaluation, imaging, ect., the staff member was BEYOND rude. I told her I had quite a story and some questions and I jokingly asked: "are you ready?" And she said: "no." And I asked: "would you like to put me on hold and I'll just wait then.?" And she then proceeded to tell me that she had to many people in front of her and that I could either be quick or basically find help else where. I was absolutely astonished by this womens lack of care, concern and lack of basic empathy. I have spent thousands on my dog. She is everything to me and for that reason I will NEVER bring any animal here. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR PETS, OR YOUR CONCERNS."
