Our son suggested that we use your service prior to our flight from MIA. We went to the Hollywood Test Tent. It was located in a small trailer. The trailer was staffed by two of the most friendly people. Ashley and Jonathan were so helpful in explaining the process and how we would access our results. Ashley was very kind to explain everything to us in detail about the different tests and the processing times. Our flight was in two days and Ashley said she would expedite processing and we would have our results before the flight. We received our results on the next day ! "The team at Test Tent is amazing!! We got our test done on Monday at the Hollywood tent and the staff although overwhelmed by the volume of people remained patient and professional. I would recommend you take an appointment but walk ins were being treated as well. As we were driving up to Canada we needed the results within 72 hours or else they wouldn’t be considered valid by the border agents. The support we got over the phone was amazing. They were really compassionate and wanted to help. Kudos to David and Irma (I think!) for doing everything they could to ensure we get our results in time.
