"This review is for the Primary Care Physicians Group, where Dr. Del Valle works. The office is beyond disorganized, you can call all day long and never get to speak to a person. Last week I had to stop by their office (pay parking) to talk to them because no one was picking up the phone. their excuse: Oh we forgot to un-click the button on the phone! I needed to talk to someone about the billing, because they billed my Doctor's visit under specialist and I got charged more, also the billing codes for my preventive labs were wrong so I got a bill from Lab Corp. I was told the person I need to talk to only works Friday and I should call Friday! OK I"VE BEEN TRYING THIS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW! I have no doubts that Dr. Del Valle is a great doctor. I had a very good and passive experience with him, but I don't think Doctors are very aware of how the office is run. I'm really considering changing doctors for myself and my family because I can't put up with this messy office."
