If you are in the medical field type of business such as hospital, medical center, or clinic and having a deal of collaboration in assisting your patients with them, then you have to be aware and be extra careful because this company is a complete “PROFESSIONAL in SCAMMING” people with sweet words of promises in sending GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY but in times of the actual payment after the case has been done, THEY WILL DISAPPEAR LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. Based on our experience, we are actually following up the UNPAID cases we handled started almost 5 years ago up until now. They DIDN’T PAID EVEN A SINGLE CENT and COULDN’T EVEN BE CONTACTED by email or by phone call. The assistance number is ringing but no one is answering. We’ve tried to follow up but they left us nothing but just to post here for the others to be warned to BE CAREFUL FOR THIS COMPANY: INNOVA DOCTORS IS A TOTAL SCAMMERS.. "Worst service ever! 19 months and still waiting to the company take responsibility on my case! 19 months waiting to get paid my hospital bill and they just don’t pick up my phone calls or reply my emails or either the hospital ones! I feel scammed from my own insurance!"
