"This place is poor in customer service. As a new patient at your office, me standing there waiting for my appointment for thirty minutes, answering service said that they are open, whoever answering the phone for that office is putting me on hold and not coming back to answer the phone, then for her to tell me that the gentleman that does the confirmation call for the appointments noted that my number was wrong because he called me. Very poor service at this facility."
"This place never have anyoneto answerthe phone. I think the person they hiredcallsout alot, then they leta service pick up the calls. They cannot answer any questions. I went for a visit one time. No oneat the desk, you basically check yourself in, thegirl that was there didn't want anything to do with the front. I asked ia she going to cipy my insurance cards. She said she don't do do that. So i told her, if she's not concerned about getting paid,im not either.what a mess. Its abiut 3 weeks out and no one still has contacted me. Poorly ran."
