"Dr Lubansky is a good doctor but unfortunately his staff is terrible. I am sick and Saturday I went to an urgent care. They advised me to follow up with my doctor. I called today to get an appt and the lady I spoke to told me that i couldn't get an appt until March 18 because it would be considered an annual. I told her that I was there in August and that I can't wait that long because I'm sick.I asked her to consult with the office manager and the office manager agreed with her, therefore I have to wait until March 18. My husband and I have had issues with the staff and manager before but I can't do this anymore. It's ashame that I have to change him."

Regrettably, instead of a constructive dialogue, the conversation took an alarming turn when Carolina made disparaging remarks, insinuating that my concerns were rooted in my religious identity Jewish. Such comments, including an inappropriate reference to recent events, were not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. Subsequently, when I attempted to address this matter in person at your office, I was met with further disregard for professional conduct. Rather than engaging in a discussion, the office manager refused to meet with me and instructed colleagues to ask me to leave, even suggesting the involvement of law enforcement. I believe in fair and respectful treatment for all individuals, regardless of their background. Discrimination has no place in the healthcare profession, and I trust that your office shares this commitment. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to address the unprofessional conduct that has transpired."
