"It was really disappointing that I've been going this office for a long time 8 years or more, service was good all the time, I just want to point out that I have insurance, but I choosed to go to see this doctors instead because I trusted them, I even referred somo people, among of those was one member of my own family (who also has insurance)he had an emergency an needed some treatment, but the service he received was awful!! Since the minute he stepped in the office, it was so unprofessional that he was wondering if he was in the right place., because we always spoke so high about the doctors and the Staff. Unfortunately seems like there's new people working there that does not have an idea of customer service should be, that everyone deserves respect ( service wasn't free) and worst of all, no idea what compassion means because if people goes there is not because they want to, is because they need to!
