NO FOLLOW-UP to correct errors, ineffective treatments &/or provide pre-paid services. DISHONEST! NO RETURN CALLS. MESSY. SLOPPY. Disorganized. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Left waiting 2 hours for a rushed botched treatment. SHAMEFUL! Was referred by a friend. These hacks messed things up for each of us on separate occasions! STAY AWAY!!"

"This place is only for Cosmetics and therapy. I went to see Dem de Meo and never saw him the PA is the one that I saw. I think this is a lack of respect to the patient. Dr de Meo is a ghost I never got to see him. The only person I saw was PA Rivero very nice but I made the appointment to see de Meo not a PA. The second time I went I got there at 1000 and they told me the Dr was not in I waited one hour and never saw him. Terrible!!!"

"The worst customer service I have received in medical office. After waiting for over 1 hour Dr. DeMeo barely looked at me, and prescribed meds and MRI. I scheduled MRI just to learn his office didn't provide required authorization. After several days of being put oh hold and hearing all kinds of excuses ( moving, no fax available) I received letter from my insurance , that due to fact that no information was received from Dr. office the procedure was denied. Called again , and been given another list of excuses, and in the mean time I am still in pain, not resolution was received from Dr. De Meo office. Complete waste if my time. Their disregard for their patients and their well being is astonishing."

"For over 10 years I endured neck shoulder and violent numbing pain from my shoulder to finger tips. I’ve seen over a dozen ortho and other specialists to no relief. Most pain medication is not an option for me due to kidney damage from ibuprofen and similar meds given by other spine “experts” which did more harm than good. Dr DeMeo truly takes a non invasive approach and was the only doctor to actually diagnose my problem and combine that with a treatment plan that WORKED! C1-C7 major issues were the problem and after PRP the physical therapy (done right on site) created the spacing and mobility that in 6 weeks given me almost 100% relief and increased the mobility in my neck from about 25% limited ability to what feels like a full 100%. Headaches are gone, stiffness and back pain are gone and I feel I’ve got my quality of life back. All the PRP (done under fluoroscopy), Physical Therapy and the extended office hours they staff would keep so I never missed treatment and I can’t express enough my gratitude. I was actually referred to Dr DeMeo by a professional baseball player who feels Dr DeMeo extended his career and it was the best advice I’ve ever taken. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ten stars!"
