"I booked a massage for the second time where I didn’t get the massage and had to leave because they keep booking me with a girl who cannot use any deep massage techniques. It says in my profile not to book me with her because she had no strength in her hands. There’s a note in my profile that says don’t book with this girl and when I got there yesterday I was booked with this girl. And they were full for the rest of the day for so for the second time I had to Leave without getting a massage"

"Kristi was absolutely wonderful!!! This was my first time at Massage Envy and I will be joining as a member. The whole staff there is so nice and welcoming and it is such a relaxed atmosphere. Kristi asked me what my problem areas are and focus on those, but still delivered a full body massage. She used the perfect amount of pressure, so it was breaking up my tension but not hurting. I felt so much better walking out of there than when I did walking in. I will definitely be returning and am looking forward to it! Thank you so much!"
