"Such an unorganized practice. From the receptionist checking in and doing billing while patients wait for long periods just to fill in insurance documents. Nurse having my incorrect diagnostic. They charge a fee for no shows of course, and even if you call the same day to cancel so be aware. My appointment was at 3:40 and I arrived 3:10. Got called in after 45 mins and ended up walking out at 5pm from the waiting room since no Dr. ever showed up. Wish I would have read reviews but who would have thought such unprofessionalism and unorganized staff from a Dr.’s office. Would NOT recommend. Do NOT waste your time at this practice. I wonder if the Doctors even know what is going on with their office."

"My experience today was amazing. Based on the previous reviews I believe they must have gotten all new employees and really improved the quality of service. Everyone was very professional and my appointment went very smooth. Very happy with my quality of care. Definitely recommend."

"I had a great experience with this facility I’ve been coming here for years. The doctors are great and the new staff is awesome. Kind of shocking to see some of these people speak ill of Dr. Duque, but my experience is different than most I guess. But yeah, great facility and they’ve always have been able to help me out."

"I was seen by Johana Duque. It was honestly a sweet first impression. She seemed very interested in what I was feeling and helping me get to the bottom of everything I was experiencing, especially for someone my age (27) I went ahead and got all the bloodwork she ordered, made the follow up appointment to go over all the results where she proceeded to tell me I 1) had no inflammation in my body (when my platelets were very high) 2) all the markers for a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis were there but she proceeded to say, I do not have RA. It’s fine, I believed her even though I felt something is off, but in the end she is the professional and I am to trust her. She ended up diagnosing me with Sjögren’s and prescribed me medicine to “help” with the horrid pain I felt in all my joints. The medicine she prescribed me had given me very severe side effects and I made an appointment to discuss this and to see if there is anything else we can do, because I was in tons of pain (along with other symptoms) but on the virtual call, she rudely told me that she can do nothing for me and that I do not even have any sort of inflammation in my body to make her look any further in figuring out what other medication I can be put on. I ended the call, feeling defeated and not taken seriously. I messaged the office asking if there was a way I could be seen by the doctor instead of her (the doc she worked alongside since she is is the PA) and they proceeded to tell me they do not to that in their office. I requested all my bloodwork to be transferred to my new rheumatologist who has positively diagnosed me Rheumatoid arthritis & is currently searching for other underlying issues since my titer was so high. Save your time and don’t go to this office, especially if you are looking for someone to really care and take the time to get to the bottom of your autoimmune disease."

"I scheduled an appointment to get here today and be told I wasn't on the schedule. Showed the receptionist proof of the call made on 6/26. I asked to speak to the manager or doctor. After waiting 30 minutes the manager goes up to the receptionist to tell me that either I can reschedule or not come back at all (heard him clearly through the glass). Didn't have the decency to face me. Definitely no customer service skills. If I could give them something less than 1 star I would. Waste of time and time off from work."
