"This review is long overdue and I should've wrote it months ago. My grandmother is an elderly lady who needs to go in for her monthly check ups as she is a diabetic that loves to consume sugar and at whooping 79. Diabetic and loves sugar? Yeah. We have her on suicide watch. Anyways, this lady could be a headache. I really thank all higher beings that most of these patients do not know how to leave google reviews because if you are not power washing them after they wipe, they think you're lacking customer service. The doctors are great. They do their job and they do it well. I give it to Crystal, Lizuka, Velma, Sheyla and Louis. They keep these patients young because if it were me that were working here? These patients would be dancing with Shirley Temple. I give it to most of these workers. These patients could be a hassle and that includes my grandmother. But as much as she'll nag at the wait time and the front desk workers, doctors, med assistants, she'd rather go on a strict keto-diet then go to another clinic. Anyways, keep up the good work."

"You can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve had to call the call center for any message to get through for simple LAB RESULTS. Time is of the essence in my situation. Honestly terrible communication. My doctor and nurse staff are really sweet though. The office itself needs a new manager. Won’t be coming back after everything is sorted out."

"10/7/2020. BE CAUTIOUS AND AWARE This has definitely turned in to a Walmart Doctors office. The new staff is cold and borderline disrespectful. Their customer service skills are horrible, they rush and don't read charts I just saw the doctor and I really want to leave. The level of care has definitely declined. Dr. Miller is as rude and cold as her staff. Never listened to my heart, in and out 2 min. I had to ask a nurse about a lab. She had to go ask the doctor if I should retest for a urine test that showed i had a UTI. Un freaking believable!!! I did a urine test, several cups in the little door. I'm soooo disappointed and concerned, especially for older patients that may have health concerns. Dr. Cedeno where are you!!! Looking for a friendly office with steady doctors. Please post."
